This time we’ll have a look on the conversation with the protagonist of 24 TV series, Kiefer Sutherland. Kiefer recently worked in an animated movie, “Monsters vs. Aliens”. Let’s see what he think about his work.

When Kiefer was asked about the reason that attracted him to work in this movie, he said, “Well, it was a combination of a few things. I believe that certainly, in the English language, Jeffrey Katzenberg makes some of the best animated movies, so he was part of it. I had worked with Reese Witherspoon before, and her voice is on a much higher register than mine, and I thought that would be a nice balance. Most importantly, I’ve never chosen films because of a specific character. I’ve always chosen something because of what the story is and how if affects me, and this story, specifically, what I liked about it was that it was geared to young people and it told them that it was all right to be different.”

In this conversation, he did also reveal an unknown thing of his child hood. He disclosed that he used to watch many animated TV shows. Furthermore, he also told that he isn’t interested in doing comedies, while answering a question about comedies. Talking more over this, he said, comedy is not something that he has in him. He thinks that he isn’t enabled with this gift.

When asked “Do you make other films in your free time”? He said, yes and added that he has two-and-a-half months a year to make a film. He further said the he is really taking pleasure in what he is doing on 24. Talking about 24 he also hinted that Jack may again find love of his life. Hmmmm….Sounds as if things are going to be more and more interesting on the show.

Afterwards, he also said that if there would be a sequel of “Monsters vs. Aliens”, then would he would love to be a part of that movie as well.
